RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Every return request should be raised within 7 days of receiving the shipment. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with the tag intact, the original box, and the original invoice.

PLEASE NOTE: RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS & ON ITEMS SHIPPED OUTSIDE INDIA.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

If you have received a damaged or defective product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery at no extra cost.

The 30-Day Return Policy applies only to full-price products sold on Reana.com for domestic orders. The return policy does not apply to international orders or discounted products.

PRODUCT SPECIFIC POLICIES:

Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them in.

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

Damages due to misuse of product

Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers or labels

Any product returned without all original packaging, accessories, invoice, and items originally included with the product.

After inspection, we will confirm if the merchandise is in acceptable condition. This confirmation will be sent within 3 working days after we receive the shipment.

Upon confirmation, we will refund the amount via the original payment method.
