The products can be returned/exchanged, given that they are in perfect condition for size changes only and the customer service team has been informed of any issue within 24 hours of receiving the order. The customer must write to us at info@reana.com, a prompt response is assured to such emails. Alternatively, the customer may even call our customer care number ‪‪+91 9211994700.

Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. 

The products can be exchanged within a week’s time with an intimation to the customer service team regarding the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.

International returns are subject to additional shipping fees and custom duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Apart from conditions reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or exchange: any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product or is returned without the original packaging, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery. 

Please note we do not provide return and exchange on customized products.

Please note we provide no refunds on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement if they meet our terms and conditions. However, if the issue remain unresolved, the store will offer you a credit note to use in a future purchase.
